Mespack’s low cost horizontal packaging machine for stand-up pouch H-145 can automatically form, fill and seal packages for powders, granules, liquids or pasty products. In addition, there is a wide range of fillers and other equipment available for every specific product.

The pack presentation and shape can also be chosen from the wide range of available possibilities: shaped pouches, zip-lock features, cap fitments to facilitate product dispensing, built in straw for soft drinks etc.

  • Human Machine Interface (HMI) through a 12” colour touch screen. This allows to control all functions of the machine. Such as change fill dosage, modify the temperature of the respective seal bars, increase or decrease the machine speed, obtain all production data, machine efficiency etc.

This low cost horizontal packaging machine, as well as the rest of the range, has a separate electrical panel as well as the rest of the range. Mespack uses Omron as standard, however, models from Siemens or Allan Bradley can be adapted.

By unifying the vast majority of its components with those of the rest of range, the after-sales service is faster and more efficient.
