AlfaMultiDose offers a dedicated machine series suitable for filling any type of products such as powders, granules, liquids, objects or a mix of them and filling two or more products in the same stick pack sachets or in separate twin sachets. This allowed our customers to reduce downtime and fulfill their increasingly high production demands.

Specification

FILM REEL:
All common heat-sealable composite films can be processed, for example: PAP/PE; PAP/ALU/PE; PET/ALU/PE and cold sealable materials.
Alfa machines  are built in 4 versions, according to the required reel width:

  • ALFA P  (max reel width 400 mm)
  • ALFA S  (max reel width 640 mm)
  • ALFA M  (max reel width 900 mm)
  • ALFA G  (max reel width 1200 mm)
  • Different sizes on request

PRODUCTION SPEED:
The machine’s production speed is a function of the number of lanes and the cycle speed.
The maximum number of lanes depends on stick-pack dimensions and cycle speed depends on product, film, dose, sachet format and many other factors.

FILLING SYSTEMS:
The filling technologies utilized are specific to the clients’ product, ensuring high speed, accuracy and reliability

Width: min 10 mm; max 140 mm
Length: min 30 mm; max 200 mm
Dose: from 0,1 to 300 cm³
