An advanced vertical form-fill-seal machine with Auger filler, Gas flushing device, and Punch-Hole mechanism with running speed up to 100 bags/minute. Ideal for pillow, gusset, block-bottom gusset, and chain bag applications.

Designed with an accessible film reel (located on the outside of the frame) to allow quick and easy operation and maintenance.

TM 153 technology can be paired with virtually any type of printer and offers stable film feeding and high-quality seals with user-selectable vacuum or friction film feeding and horizontal seal drivers with servo driving.

To widen the scope of each customer’s needs, the TM153 offers a user-selectable combination of basic machine features: film feeding (w/ vacuum or w/ friction) and horizontal seal drivers with servo driving.

Improved Basic Features
Combining vacuum belts for film feeding and horizontal seal controlled with servo motor achieved a significant improvement in the performance of the machine, guaranteeing stable film feeding and high-quality seals are guaranteed. The running speed has been increased up to 100 bags/minute (max).

Better Maintenance and Operability
The skeleton cover has greatly improved the visibility inside the machine and makes maintenance much more accessible. In addition, the film reel is now located on the outside of the frame, enabling users to change film rolls quicker and easier.

Simple Operation
Featuring a large, 10-inch color touch panel, the TM153 is now even simpler, faster and easier to operate.
