Offering a maximum labeling speed of 150 m/min, each applicator gives you an output of up to 60,000 labels an hour. Speed synchronization is automatic, and accurate adjustment of the height and inclination angle.

This offers an important advantage: Because of their high intrinsic speed, rotary systems generally need a few seconds to ramp up and down. The HERMA 500 Rotary’s synchronization function prevents rejected products during this time.
