BOX WAREHOUSE:
Horizontal cardboard warehouse with motorized dragging. Warehouse length 1000 mm. As the cartons are extracted by the system, a box presence detector causes the conveyor belts to advance, guaranteeing that there is always box ready for extraction. When the warehouse is empty (with an insufficient number of boxes for proper operation), the machine stops and a visual signal warns the operator of the lack of boxes. Optionally, an additional detection of the minimum number of boxes that the warehouse must always have can be installed so that the operator can reload it before a machine stop.

BOX FORMING:
Unitary extraction of the folded cartons by means of suction cups installed on a pneumatic-actuated semicircular movement arm. Forced opening of the box by a suction cup system against suction cup and a lateral squaring mechanism with presence detection and box shaping.

BOX DRAG:
Transport of the pre-open box to the nesting station by means of a chain system with drag stops.

INTRODUCTION TO BOX:
Group introducer assembly by means of a pneumatically actuated pusher, which with the help of a guide mouth of the flaps of the box installed for this purpose, guarantees the process of transferring the set of containers to the interior of the box.

PRODUCTION:
The box forming and closing unit can reach a production of up to a maximum of 25 boxes / minute and as a whole it will depend on the product and the grouping to be made.

MAN / MACHINE INTERFACE:
All the security elements or possible system failures, such as product accumulation on the feed conveyor, doors or guards that are not properly closed, the presence of a box, a poorly formed box, lack of air pressure, etc. are collected on a touch screen incorporated in the control panel for a quick location.
The touch screen performs the function of MAN / MACHINE INTERFACE, helping to give a quick solution to any type of problem that occurs on the machine, since we have two utilities:
Edition of fault messages. Location of the fault.
Being an open system, staff have access to counters, timers, etc. without the need for specialized personnel, given the simplicity of its use. The system offers the possibility of giving a complete history of the status of the machine:
Number of cycles. Number of boxes. Number of box failures.
Number of failures introduction. Hours of machine running.
All the electrical command of the machine is centralized in a programmable automaton, which allows the system versatility and speed in changes or modifications.
